CAMPING

​Standard Full Hook Ups: STARTING AT $2500 per season.

50 amp sites , upcharge applies.

Seasonal Campers pay for metered electricity and those real estate taxes resulting from the addition of sheds and decks to their site which are assessed by the Town of Lyme. 

Deposits on Seasonal Sites are due by September 30. Sites with returning campers that make timely deposits are not assessed winter storage fees.

MARINA

Large Floating Docks or NW Wall (Up to 30'):        $1000 per season                                                                                                                                                            

Floating Docks up to 20' :                                             $800 per season

Bulkhead Parallel Dockage $500 up to 20',

                                                    $600 21-27' per season

​​Deposits on Seasonal Docks are due by September 30.

CAMPERS WITH WATERCRAFT THAT DO NOT HAVE SEASONAL DOCKS: LAUNCH/RETRIEVE*

$10 daily,  $100 seasonally

Docks are $25 daily.
